What do I receive?
A physical, unframed art print on 189 g/m² matte paper. No digital file is supplied.
Which sizes are available?
5″ × 7″, 8″ × 10″, 11″ × 14″, 12″ × 16″, 12″ × 18″, 16″ × 20″, A2 (16.5″ × 23.3″), 18″ × 24″, 20″ × 30″, A1 (23.3″ × 33.1″), and 24″ × 36″.
Is a frame included?
No. Styled room images show presentation ideas only; frames and decorative objects are not included.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only within Germany. Delivery is free for every order, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays. Transit is usually 3–4 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days from order.
Can I return an order?
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Contact service@varemora.com with your order number and clear photos. If an item is defective, damaged in transit or sent incorrectly, Varemora covers the return cost.
