Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, it begins when the last item or part is received.

To exercise the right, submit a return or cancellation request through your order page, or send a clear statement to Varemora at service@varemora.com or Stargarder Str. 78, 10437 Berlin, Germany. It is enough to send the statement before the period expires. You do not have to use the model withdrawal form.

Returning the goods

After notifying us of withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. Contact us for practical return instructions. Returns can be received at Stargarder Str. 78, 10437 Berlin, Germany.

For a change of mind or personal preference, you bear the direct return shipping cost. If the item is defective, damaged in transit or sent incorrectly, Varemora bears the reasonable return cost. Please contact us before sending such an item so we can arrange the appropriate method.

You are responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

We reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that they were sent, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur a reimbursement fee.

Once a return is received and inspected, Varemora normally initiates the refund within 3 business days. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
