Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through the Varemora online store. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products

Varemora sells physical, unframed art prints on 189 g/m² matte paper. Product images are intended to show the artwork and styling; displayed frames and decorative objects are not included unless expressly stated. Minor colour differences can occur because screens display colour differently.

Ordering and contract

Product displays are an invitation to place an order. Before submitting an order, you can review and correct the cart and checkout information. The contract is formed when we accept the order by sending the applicable order confirmation. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, the payment cannot be authorised or the delivery address is outside Germany, and will refund any payment already received for a declined order.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. Available payment methods and the final order total are shown at checkout before the order is submitted.

Delivery

We deliver only within Germany. Delivery terms and estimates are set out in the Shipping Policy.

Withdrawal and returns

Information about the statutory right of withdrawal, returns and refunds is in the Return & Refund Policy. The model withdrawal form is also available.

Defects

Statutory rights concerning defective goods apply. Contact us with the order number and details of the issue so we can assist.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or under mandatory product-liability law.

Applicable law

German law applies, without depriving consumers resident in another country of mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
