Delivery area and cost

Varemora currently ships exclusively to addresses within Germany. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing and transit

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. German public holidays are excluded. After dispatch, transit is normally 3–4 business days. The estimated total time from order to delivery is therefore 4–6 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. If a significant delay occurs, please contact us.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before placing the order. Contact us promptly if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.

Tracking and delivery issues

If tracking is available, the dispatch email contains the tracking link. If the estimated delivery window has passed, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact service@varemora.com with the order number. For visible transport damage, photographs of the parcel and print help us resolve the issue.
